For standard goods, including catalogue prints and eligible original artworks, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day you or a person you designate receives the goods. Custom commissions or other goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right.
