Shipping

Process time for shipping is 1-3 days if the painting's already dried. Once your order's shipped you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a button that directs you to tracking page. 

Delivery time differs for each country. You can see the estimated times below. 

European Union: 2-5 days (UPS)

Switzerland: 2-4 days (FedEx)

Rest of Europe:  4-7 days (UPS

United Kingdom: 2-4 days (FedEx)

United States&Canada: 3-5 days (FedEx)

Australia&New Zealand: 3-5 days (FedEx)

Rest of the world: 3-7 days (FedEx)

Returns

I'm so happy to state that so far I sent hundreds of paintings to all over the world and "none" of them have sent back to me! I always pack each of them carefully with love and make sure they'll be secure.

For cancellation requests please contact me before I ship your order (in 24 hours). For returns please contact me within two weeks after delivery. Please note that the shipping costs for returns and the security during its travel will be your responsibility and I'll make your refund after getting the paintings back at my studio, making sure that they are at the same conditions I once sent them out to you.
